MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., April 1, 2007 - G00gle Inc. (NASUDAQ:
G00G) announced today that it has agreed to acquire aizu.com,
the cutting edge company for people to makemagic through various
technologies, for $2 billion in a stock-for-stock transaction.
Following the acquisition, aizu.com will operate
independently to preserve its successful brand and passionate
community.
