Ebiya is a well known restaurant in the Aizu Area specializing in various eel dishes. This restaurant has been operated and owned by the same family for over four generations. This traditional background has helped to maintain one of Aizuwakamatsu's more traditional cuisines. Ebiya is located on Baba-dori street in Aizuwakamatsu.
