Suehiro, founded in 1850, has wished
to brew Sake using only the best rice, purest water, and Toji who
is a professional brewer of Aizu. Our company cooperate in 200 rice
farmers in Aizu, grow chemical-free rice with a special organic
fertilizer which we have developed.
We found new pure water source, in
the high mountain "Hakase" called holly area of Aizu, because great
nature lives still now, and we moved our brewery to the foot of
Mt. Hakase, where we brew Sake with this holly water. With Toji
who has excellent brewing method, we have won many awords at Japanese
Sake Competitions. By nice present from nature and harmony of all
staff, we will brew excellent Sake of which we can be proud in the
world.

創業嘉永3年(1850)。会津の酒は、会津一の米・水・人で造るとの信念を持つ。
米は、天然の滋味を生かすため会津地域200軒の農家と契約、完全無農薬米や有機米を栽培。
水は、聖水を求め、今なお大自然が生きる博士山の麓に工場を移転す。
高い技術を誇る優秀な会津杜氏にも恵まれ、全国新酒鑑評会では5年連続金賞を受賞
